Lifting of sanctions? Not exactly rocket science.

The increased sanctions must be affecting them which also shows China playing the game.

Rather than approaching this with suspicion it should be welcomed. Obviously the devil will be in the detail but it's a start and should not be denied.

Any agreement needs a starting point. Talk,talk rather than war,war.
