Lets get this into perspective.

Max Verstappen is promoted to Red Bull and had less that 6 hours in the car (Drivers get a whole winter testing to feel the car involving 100s of hours) and only bloody wins

His is the youngest to win a F1 race, and it will NEVER be beaten as the rules have changed as to the age of a race driver.

Also the first time the Dutch anthem has been played in F1.
