You're currently on our Standard tariff which means the maximum a supplier can charge (known as the cap) is set by the energy regulator, Ofgem. To recognise the changes in the costs of supplying gas and electricity, Ofgem have raised the level of the cap, so we're increasing our prices to reflect this.

This means that the projected cost of your gas and electricity will increase by £141.21 a year from 1st April 2019.

As the cap is reviewed every six months the next review will be in August 2019 with any changes coming into effect in October.

First we lost the DD discount, now this! I reckon it's about a 12% rise!
