Home Bargains have been selling GLS style LED lamps for a while now. I have all my chillie and strawberry seedlings under the 100w equiv ones, and the whole house is now bright and cheery.

12w (100w equiv) 1500 lumens daylight (6500K) £2.99

They sell both bayonet and Edison screw versions.
