it is that bad that it makes you want to bang your head on the wall and you wonder if the "writers" are actual writers. It starts off on an interesting premise until the uber bad top secret fix it man grows a heart and decides he loves the little girl he is supposed to kidnap and betrays the government organisations which he has been working for for years and done all sorts of bad things for already. Couple that with the mediocre production quality and acting and you get the idea. I feel sorry for "brother", he can do better.
