I am NOT an NTL customer (lucky me it would seem)! However I have friend who is. He last mailed me late on Friday night and I relplied the same evening. As I heard nothing back and was expecting a specific reply quite quickly, and I didn't know about the problems you guys were having, I mailed again early yesterday morning to see if he was OK, and I still haven't heard. I am now unsure whether he would have got either of those emails and/or whether he has tried to reply to me at some point. He lives in Hertfordshire, if that's at all significant.
