I too have been a Telewest customer for a few years ,
I have Internet,Phone and TV services and recently applied to add the Virgin Mobile service,
I was surprised and shocked to hear I failed the credit check I obtained credit reports from Experian and My Credit and both showed above average credit ratings.
I wrote to Virgin Mobile credit services but just recieved a generic reply explaining they have an automated credit scoring system and offering all kinds of pay as you go offers which I am not at all inclined to take infact I feel like going elswhere for all my cable services.
I have written to them once more asking them to be more specific about the reasons for failing the credit score its very frustrating as I would actually be paying them less per month than I am now so whats the problem?
