Hub 3 cut out x 3 this am according to ping monitor.
Connection speed, no change.
Downstream power levels increased, but still well within tolerance.
Huge amount of Pre. & Post R.S. errors showing.
Upstream levels slightly reduced.

11:51 Refreshed data, Pre. R.S. errors reduced to normal, only one channel showing Post errors.

11:57 Downstream power levels increased between 13.5 -15.5

12:30 VM tech working at local street cabinet. All returned to normal.
