I was on the old VIP until recently - I found out I was being charged £11.50 per multiroom box instead of £7.50 because I had a V+HD box and a Tivo. I've now swapped the V+HD box for a 500GB Tivo, signed a new contract and managed to keep my Loyalty Discount going which was sweet.
Giving them a call and talking to them definitely helps.

I thought they recently improved the VIP bundle to include 2 V6s, or is there something else on the horizon, Ben? Are you able to share anything?
