All of which has made the whole business of WiFi calls that much more complex to troubleshoot, given that some devices seem to enable VoLTE by default. Most people just take their phone from the box, put in their SIM, configure the WIFi and hope for the best. Most do not know about VoLTE, let along visit help sites like this. I can imagine the frustrated conversations with some bloke in Bangalore right now.
