This is the thing, one has to go to the Queen and willingly to resign and name a successor, but this is a precedent expectation, to traditionally and seamlessly, pass on the transfer of power.

Could we see the Queen, step in and rarely use her authority, something she never wants to do, but has to, we’re in exceptional circumstances.
