Absolutley no. Never, never mess with VM's network cabling unless you want to end up with a huge bill from VM for causing faults on the network.
Virgin re-uses the same frequency bands as Freeview & DAB radio to distribute TV & Broadband. The cable VM use is specifically designed to keep these signals out of VM's system, as if they were to ingress, not only will it fowl up your own VM services, it would track back to the cabinet & affect everyone else on the street.
You will have to bite the bullet & install a totally separate aerial system for Freeview.
