I don't know why these local channels bother any more. If they think they are even going to break even showing the minimum amount of local programming they can get away with and showing old black and white films from other channels the rest of the time, they are mistaken.

You will get better local information from watching the regional news on BBC or ITV.

Total waste of time and money. They will need to come up with much better programming than this to attract viewers.
