RXTVlog mentioned on their Freeview update page yesterday that there were some retunes required for 3 of C4's +1 channels.

I couldn't find confirmation until between me and another Twitter user (who I believe is called Scott), we found them tonight.

Changes to Film4+1 and More4+1
As of 5 November 2019 there are changes being made to the way Film4+1 and More4+1 are being broadcast. In order to keep receiving these channels you will need to retune your TV.

Changes to E4+1
As of 14 November there are changes being made to the way E4+1 is being broadcast. In order to keep receiving this channel you will need to retune your TV.

It has been implied that there is to be a changing of the multiplexes these 3 are available on, but as you can see there are no specific details.
