Re: The Leftovers : Season 1

I watched the first episode and found it a snore-fest.

I like the writers/producers so will give it a chance.
I have it saved for a binge watch when the series ends.

I have Extant on the same setting (in my head).

I did the same thing with Peaky Blinders last year but still didn't watch it. The second series is on soon so have been watching it on BBC2 this week and am enjoying it a lot.

I'm going off-topic now but I liked Downton Abbey when I binge watched the first series but everything after is rubbish. So the series has to be good.

I binge watched the first 3 seasons of Lost which got me hooked!

Breaking bad was 4 seasons too!
I had the start of the 5th season but didn't watch it until the second part had started.

Watched 7 seasons of the West Wing from May to July this year....how sad...all the rest of tv was rubbish?

The best binge watch I can remember was the first 4 1/2 seasons of Supernatural. The original 5 season arc is the best!

I'm doing Scandal at the moment.
