Cheek the ref or over argue then get yellow card. Be like rugby - the ref is called "sir".

Use the red card more as needed. Wouldn't take too many 3 aside matches to sort attitudes out.

I'd like to see a limit on take home pay. Use the additional "pay" to fund some form of retirement pot. Trouble with this is is it would need to be "global" else players would just go to counties without limits. This could apply to all sorts of sports.

A draft system like in AFL, players can get swapped around more without silly fees.
