Talking Changing jobs again, hopefully

The Hermes job is really getting to me, because a) some of the time they've too many temps and I don't even work that night, and b) the train fare's nearly £70 a week.

However, I've just had a call from another agency offering me an induction tomorrow and, I hope, starting that same night! It's in Wigan, much closer, and hopefully a lot more regular! More details later!

There is one odd thing, though: I was asked on the form if I had any convictions, unspent or not. Under the terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974), I'm not at all sure they have any legal right to ask about spent convictions. Unspent, yes, but spent?
