OK, here are some things to try.

1) Make sure the TV firmware is up to date
2) Try all the HDMI inputs on the TV. On some Samsung TVs they aren't all equivalent.
3) Go into the Video Output Formats setting on the V6, and enable the 2160p Passthrough setting.
4) Disable the 2160 resolutions, and enable the 1080 ones. (I appreciate this won't then be UHD, but it's a useful clue if it fixes it)

Is the stutter random or at a fixed interval? If fixed, at what interval does it happen?

There are some old VM leads that aren't up to spec. Possibly they are from V+ days. But I asked that question because more commonly customers buy their own expensive "gold plated" ones, and they are rubbish.
