Well unless spiderplant or VM can give you a realistic time frame of when it is going to happen i wouldnt hold my breath.

Kush was given a guaranteed date last year and there was absolutely no reason why he shouldnt have been connected on thst date but it came and went, and time went on, and on and on and he got nothing but excuses from VM with no resolution. He was left in limbo so while he was waiting for things to be sorted he got a temp connection which i think was 37mbits a for a couple of months. Obviously the speed wasnt great but the quality and the performance of the line was. For the most part he was able to carry on with his day to day stuff as normal while he waited for VM to pull theur finger out.
