However, current thinking seems to be that Amazon will not enter the game until the following bidding process in 2022. This now seems the most likely scenario, but I'm not ruling out the possibility that Amazon might surprise everybody with a bid this time around. Maybe to test the waters, they will start with one of the smaller packages.
According to Rupert Murdoch in a recent interview on TV he sees Facebook as the biggest threat.
