Re: Question about digital drawing and touching up of photos

IMHO you need to get used to the basics of what Photoshop can do first. I've been using it for a few years and am still learning. Still use the mouse as well.
Touching up photos is simple a beginner though is like a rabbit in the headlights as photoshop is like a brick in the face to those that have never been there.
That said there are many tutorials on youtube and everyone you can do with a mouse. Get used to that and then go for a graphics pad.
