That all depends on the lounge.
I didn't pay attention when booking. I booked BA - but it was only after I realised it was BA - operated by American. American Airlines have awful lounges. I haven't flown with them for about 4 years and they have upgraded the lounge since then - as it used to be that you got 2 free drinks and all the trail mix you could eat - now it's all free drinks and a hot buffet - but the buffet was soup, steamed vegetables, and some chicken thing, which didn't look good. So I had beer and crisps.
