The tweet reported in the link has at least THREE occurrences of "will be". That is FACT.
As the vote hasn't taken place yet, how could it be treated as a statement of fact? Just as if I said it was going to be sunny tomorrow, that can't be a statement of fact that has to be proved or disproved.
