they aren't, they are absolutely fine. I have never heard of power levels "being in the red" and it sounds like something dramatic they have made up for you to justify the T3 timeouts. If they are saying your power levels are that bad then when is the tech booked for and coming out to fix it? There isn't anything wrong.
