It would never get replaced by a +1 unless it's ratings fell off a cliff.
Really got a
0.73 in the last Weekly BARB ratings. Most +1s were getting ratings nothing remotely that good back when BARB website still showed separate data for them rather than combining them. They are typical a very small fraction of the main channel. Only the main PSB channel +1s get significant ratings.
