Google drive or similar
Is it possible to use Google drive or something similar to be constantly logged in and synced in 2 different locations on 2 different ISPs to share files?

Basically what i want to do is share files with a friend.

Im on Virgin Media and he is on Sky so we need something that will allow 2 different ISPs at 2 different locations to be logged in and synced.

Anyone have any ideas?
