Does anyone on here use the Virgin Media Stream box ?

I have broadband and Stream however I’ve so far resisted adding any of the 30 day rolling packs as the Virgin Community seems awash with people who haven’t received the channels or had billing issues , it also seems strange that the upgrade app on the box offers a different price to the Manage Stream on the Virgin Website.

Anyone on here had any experience of this ?
