The only trouble weÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚Â ¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚Â¢d ever have is the odd occasion we have rung up customer services & had to wait ages for an operator (it once took just over an hour)
