Hi, & welcome to the site.

That really is disgusting. I have a feeling (may be wrong) that all Telco providers have to provide by law a working telephone line (for obvious emergency reasons), & that there is no way you should have to wait a week-especially when it appears not to be your fault.

Did you get the names of any of the people that you spoke to?

Contact the MD for your region if you feel all your other efforts have failed.....
