Your reply was very definitive, like you knew for definite when you don't. You can't call someone a liar when you don't the facts.

BT have been conducting roadshows across their sites and also training their staff in the new package.
Surely they would need to let their staff know for definite as customers and non customers are going to be ringing up and asking.

The same was being said about BT coming in to the market place. Yet they are giving it away with broadband. we will have to be patient and see.
