Just to point out there are two things happening at the moment

Some 3G customers are getting sent new 4G compatible SIMs, but are staying on their 3G plan.

Other customers will be sent a new SIM and also moved to a new 4G plan for no change to their existing tariff cost.

All 3G Pay Monthly customers will get a new SIM at some point, but it may not immediately come with a new 4G plan
