Is there a limit on how many times VM retentions call back? I've missed their calls but want to know what offer they have before I switch.
Edit; Just got a call from 'disconnections' and after a massive change of bill amounts, I'm staying with VM a little longer.
Got a £30 credit as well as a big monthly price drop. As they say never accept the first offer. Dropped the phone and TV but I hardly use them anyway.
