If all else fails you can use sound recorder to record the files while playing them.

You can load all the midi files in a playlist and record away to create a master wav.

Have to set up a wav file just longer than the files you want to convert first though. This gets round the 30 second default length for sound recorder files.

Using the special settings in ezcd and nero you can even split out the separate tracks for the CD too
