Re: NTL blocking BitTorrent ports? (6881 to 6889)

Sorry to bring this up again but I am very suspicious of NTL attempting to do something to minimise use of BT.

On thursday, I was downloading through BT at near capacity not using the default ports, then my modem went offline, when it came back up dl/ul were reduced.

Starting a new BT download today, I couldn't make any connections at all, until I shifted the listening ports away again, now speeds are back up quite high. It does seem highly suspicious.
