just thinking , i wanted to upgrade my service a while ago when ntl were doing free tu24 if i went to 1mb service , all i did was ring c.s. and they did it for me over the phone , would the fact that t.s. being ' down' so to speak affect them being able to do this for you , any thoughts Gaz ???????????
