2nd 128K took 18391 ms = 7127 Bytes/sec = approx 59 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 15781 ms = 8306 Bytes/sec = approx 69 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 18000 ms = 7282 Bytes/sec = approx 61 kbits/sec

nope it aint , it should be around 600kbits/sec , have you rebooted the modem ??????????
