In a dos session click on the c:\ logo in the top right of the window and select edit-mark. Highlight the text then press enter. The text is now in your clipboard, paste into the forum post and there you go

They are migrating their billing and customer management systems to a newer version of harmony/sabs. It gives the techs on the phones a better system to be able to handle your calls. Honestly its does i've seen the system its way easier.
