NTL have proven on many occasions that it matters not one iota what their customers think - NTL will make decisions based on what
their directors and
their focus groups think. Irregardless of internet forums where several hundred (possibly over a thousand) members will give their views on a particular subject.
I'd give such a Customer panel my backing but I have this niggling feeling in the back of my mind it's the old 'chocolate teapot' situation
