Basically, NTL's broadband customers are doing a fine job of helping to pay off their debts. Considering the cost of UBR's equates to a one off charge ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£20 per UBR per customer then you could argue NTL is making a large killing.
