NTL make me laugh

Ok my telephone billing date was 13th of the month and my bb was 31st of the month so with the upcoming 1 bill jobbie NTL desided in there wisdom to change my billing date on my telephone package to the 31st 2 weeks early.

Ok I thought I understand why they did this but if they went the other way and changed the telephone bill to 13th then it would have been fairer.
So this morning I called cs and complained that im not happy to pay my bill 2 weeks early and wanted them either to credit my account with 2 weeks rental or move the billing date of my bb to the 13th to tie it up in my favour.
The lovely lass couldnt do this and instead gave me 3 months free telephone 24/7 with no change to my retention offers result or what lol
Thing that made me laugh is I wasnt on the make this time I was just after a fairer billing date but still ive never been one to refuse an offer

to the lass I spoke to though and at just after 9 am they answered straight away
