Kindred spirit here.I have been cut off 8 times since the 3rd of May. I ordered a package online which amounted to £71 per month...BB Elite (£17.50 for 3 months), supreme tv, unlimited talk, tv drive and talk mobile all came to £71 per month. So the first bill after 10 days was £182 and they cut me off cos the credit limit was £120. 15 phone calls later they changed the credit limit to £200. Then changed it to £180. Then altered the package without telling us. We have NEVER been billed the right amount for the service I bought online. They argued that there was no such offer as 3 months half price Elite BBI although it is on the website. They eventually offered a package of.....you guessed it £50 a month for all 3 services! Then cut us off. I now have starter tv, 4 meg BBI and standard phone line. I asked to have the service removed.......they said yes if you pay us £300... .ie a years subscription. I said "let me think about that...eh naw!"
