Re: Telewest keep billing for films not ordered

No kids and no visitors that could have ordered the films. One of the films "ordered" was specifically an HD film - a month before we got our HD TV.

Both people I've spoken to in CS have said that they can see an anomaly (sp?) in the TW systems for both months - one system says the films were ordered but none of the others that should do do.

Credit to the CS people where it's due - they have been very helpful and thankfully don't seem to be taking the "Computer says so" approach.

For now they've put a PPV block on the account which I've been told means that the only two options left are a faulty box sending random film requests (in which case the block apparently won't help) or a fault in the billing system somewhere. They won't do anything else until another billing cycle has passed.
