Dear Forum

I am on month 3 of my package with telewest and have not signed the contract as yet although am still recieving package and using product. Can I cancel it if I wish due to not signing anything?

My package is £35 which enivitably ends up more like £45 after tax etc - can I downgrade it if i wish to if no contract has been signed?
