If it hasn't, please let me know. It depends which region/town you are in, but maybe it is just a case of adding the addresses to the database. The only exception I can think of is that in the case of new build, we sometimes have to upgrade local "cabinets" or connect bits of network up off site, and maybe that element hasn't yet been done, hence your properties still showing as non-serviceable/non-existant!
