I currently have NLT Cable Broadband (4Mb) and I am paying ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£24/month

Sky digital are currently offering their customers 16Mb broadband for only ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10/month

What I want to know is that would I be better off switching to SKY ?
OR
Is Cable more reliable and is it worth the price difference even with lower bandwidth?

NTL 4M service does not give true 4M but only 2.4Mb

Can Sky Broadband be effected by the weather assuming they use sttelite service for download and phone line for upload (not sure how it works)
