hi,

In regards to my post http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/sh...ad.php?t=50041 and the lack of replies, I've decided I am going to have to contact 'NTL Tech Support' tomorrow. As things definately aren't getting any better:

But owing to being slightly dissabled, I cannot physically get hold of the NTL 250 modem where its located.

So is there anyway I can aquire the MACID without physically touching the modem as I foresee this being a problem for NTL Technical Support otherwise.
