I dont think he is that careful, 6 million Balaban, 4 million Hadji over 10 million Angel who incidentally was a player they never even saw play in the flesh, he was signed on the evidence of a couple of videos
and nobody told Villa he was playing with five of the best attacking footballers Argentina have produced in a generation and that was just in one season. I can see Villa going down unless swift wholesale changes are made.
