I ditched the TV when they screwed up my Premplus, last year - brings back painful memories.

I kept the Broadband (which is comparatively expensive but reliable), had to keep the phone as I need to keep Sky+ box connected for 1 year min and didn't want to pay for a new BT line.

I haven't looked back - Sky TV is soooo much better than the NTL offering inc. Dolby 5.1 for movies, proper interactive, loads more channels, plus the benfits of Sky+.
That's OK if you're a quantity rather than quality person I suppose..

As soon as Sky broadband is available in my area, I will switch to that too - up to 16Meg, unlimited for £10 a month - match that NTL, or your position as market leader will be under threat.
Unless your living ontop of the exchange, you'll be lucky to get half of that. And don't forget that you couldn't have the BB at a tenner a month if you weren't already paying line rental for your phone too - 10-12 a month?
