Can any of the NTL guys help, I have been trying to get my services cancelled because we are moving. Have been trying to get cancallation since last Friday but either cannot get through or they say systems are down.

Any idea when they will be up again, its rediculous that it takes nearly a week to cancell and we are moving tomorrow. I have sent a recorded delivery letter.
