Billing problem
Hi all. About 2-3 months ago I was going to leave ntl and they did me a deal . I was on 2mb for £24.99 and they gave me unlimited phne calls and phone for £5 extra. I pay the usual £24.99 via DD and I have always had a paper bill aswell. I got my first paper bill which was for £24.99 as normal but was debited £9 odd off and left £15 odd, £24.99 was taken DD as normal. The next bill was the same , so obviously I am concerned that they are not charging me at all for my phone etc. Can someone help. Thanks
